He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lewis and Melissa Lewis (Bundy). He is survived by: his friend Lance Vickers of Herrin, IL; and his siblings, Michael Lewis, Ashley Lewis, Brittany Lewis, Nathan Lewis and Amanda Lewis.
