He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hebel and Constance Hebel (Trant); his wife Brenda J. Brown; and his brother Robert Hebel. He is survived by: his children, Richard Anthony "Tony" Hebel of Herrin and Lisa; his son-in-law John Riley of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, John Alexander Riley and Kaitlin Alexis Riley; his siblings, Bill (Carole Hebel), Jimmy (Michelle Hebel), Donna (Kim Voss) and Susan (Dennis Radtke); his sister-in-law Denise Hebel of Woodridge, IL; and his close friend Charlene Johnson of Herrin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
