Blockley of Herrin; his children, David Blockley of Herrin, Ron "Ronnie" Blockley (Christine) of Murfreesboro, TN, Christina Philippe of St. Louis, MO and Charles Blockley of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Dacoda Blockley of Herrin, Noah Blockley of Murfreesboro, TN, Sophia Blockley of Murfreesboro, TN, Alexis Philippe of St. Louis, MO, Aaron Philippe of St. Louis, MO, Brianna Philippe of St. Louis, MO and James Robert Joseph of Birmingham, AL; his sister Christina Annette Varga of Downers Grove, IL; and his sister-in-law Fern Blockley of Carmi.
