He is survived by: his father Robert Carter of Herrin Five; his wife Leslie Carter of Herrin; his daughters, Rashana, Kristin, Ricki, Laci and Raven Fifteen; and his brothers, Robbie Carter of Johnston City and Stevie Carter of Herrin. He is also survived by Fifteen Grandchildren.
