She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frederick and Kaye Millspaugh (Van Valer); and her siblings, Michael Van Millspaugh and Betsy Joan Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Roger C. Hendricks of Herrin; her children, Tamara Kaye "Tami" (Bryant Wentzel), Kimberly Dawn (Danny Basso) and Vance Michael Hendricks of Herrin; her grandchildren, Maggie Basso of Augusta, GA, Samantha Basso of Augusta, GA, Samuel Hendricks of Calgary, Justin Wentzel of Woodstock, GA and Tyler Wentzel of Woodstock, GA; her siblings, Larry Millspaugh of Godley, TX, Robert (Jane Millspaugh) and Sue Ellen; and her brother-in-law Michael Utterback of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by other extended family and many friends.

For those who prefer, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association and in honor of Pam Hendricks contributions may be made to Herrin Hospital Auxiliary and the Williamson County Family Crisis Center.

“Pam, I was sorry to read of your death in the paper. You were the wife of my long-time physician before his retirement, and he gave me the opportunity to serve twice as a volunteer in Peace Corps.
