He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Finney and Mary Finney (Story). He is survived by: his spouse Linda Finney of Herrin; his children, Sherri Moake (Pete) of Johnston City and Russell M. Finney (Carla) of Tucson, AZ; his daughter-in-law Rose Finney of Johnston City; his grandchildren, Alicia Lasswell, Jennifer Johnson (Nick) and Denelle Moake; his great grandchildren, Stormi and Summer Simmons; and his brother Don Finney of Herrin.
