He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenda Paulette Sullivan (Lantrip) and Bobby Sullivan. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Sullivan, Bridgette Threlkeld, Aleksa, Karsyn Threlkeld and Caleb Sullivan of San Diego, California; his brother Jonathan Lee Sullivan (Teresa) of Newalla, Oklahoma; his stepfather Robert Smith of Cambria; his stepbrothers, Brian Smith of Herrin, Chris Echols (Emily) of Pocahontas and David Smith of Herrin; his niece Brittany Sullivan; his cousin Jerry Miller of Herrin; and the mother of his children Christie Robinson of Creal Springs. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions are preferred to American Cancer Society.
