He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Summers (Fleming); his father Roger Summers; and his father-in-law Lindy Fleming. He is survived by: his children, Isaac Summers, Levi Summers and Caitlin Summers; his granddaughter Kyia of Herrin; his mother Nancy Summers; his siblings, Debbie Overturf (Harold) and Alan Summers (Sarah); his stepmother Cyndi Summers; his stepbrother Don Seibert; his mother-in-law Norma Fleming; and his siblings-in-law, Teri Murrow (John) and Kevin Fleming (Lanette). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, family members, and friends.
