He is survived by: his wife Faith Penley of Herrin; his sons, Luther Avery Penley IV of Marion and Anthony Penley (LaShele) of Marion; and his siblings, David Penley (Cathy) of Marion, Steve Penley (Sheri) of Johnston City and Brenda Stone (Jeff) of House Springs, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
