He is survived by: his wife Edith Bolen of Herrin; his son-in-law Cathy Traug; his stepchildren, Tim Collins, Jamie Collins of Farmersville, IL, Neal Dwight, Noreen Collins of Arizona, Kathy Ann and Keith Holyfield of Alabama; his nephew Scott Bolen of Herrin; and also, Ron Traug of New Jersey, Beth Bolen of New Jersey, Marilyn Phillips (Berra) of Herrin and Connie Garrison (Berra) of Pasadena, CA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
