It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Chiodini of Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bottini and Virginia Bottini; her sisters, Mary Bottini Paganini and Caroline Bottini Bazzetta; her nephews, William Bazzetta and Christopher Paganini; and her friends, Rose Cerutti and Louise Samuel.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Walund (James), Janice Chiodini (Rodney Ritchason), Todd Chiodini (Sue) and Kathy Jackson; her grandsons, Gregory Jackson and Garrett Jackson; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Walund, Holly Walund, Rory Walund and Rodney Bryant Ritchason II; and her close friends, Barb Manfredini, Anna Mae Headean, Pat Conley and Janet Worthen.
The team was her family when her beloved family could not visit her due to COVID guidelines.
