He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Thresa, Troy Vaughn of Tucson, AZ, Tonya Richardson, Marty of Johnston City, IL, Sharon Kay Thompson of Winchester, TN, Kim Tribou of Georgia, Carla Dotson of Benton, IL, Eddie (Beth Richardson), Kevin Lazorchak of Missouri and Tommy Jo Lazorchak of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Linda Lazorchak of Johnston City; his aunt Frances Blockley of Herrin; and his stepdaughter Sherry Jo Aldridge (Dave) of Eldorado, IL.. He is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
