He was predeceased by: his parents, John Davis and Ruth Helen Davis (Swisher) of Miner's Hospital; his sister Jenevie Lucille DeLaval (Davis); his grandson Pearson Lee Tindall; his father-in-law Arthur Pedigo; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Pedigo and Edgar DeLaval.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Tindall (Pedigo); his stepsons, Henry Pearson Tindall, Gene Allen Tindall and Eric Jason Tindall; his grandchildren, Mira Diane Russell, Sierra Lynn Tindall-Small, Ocean Marie Royalty and Zachary Pearson Tindall; his mother-in-law Bonnie Pedigo; his nephew Terry DeLaval; and his siblings-in-law, Rick, Margie Pedigo of Herrin, Everett, Rhonda Pedigo of Herrin, Tina and Keith Wortham of Stewardson.
