Carmel, Angela Roser (Tim) of Enfield, Dustin Hawkins (Ashley) of Albion, Klent Matz (Lexi) of Gainsville, FL, Heath Matz (Kelly) of Jacksonville, FL, Laura Abbey of Orange County and Joe Marvin Abbey III; his stepgrandchildren, Heather Abbott and Jason Abbott (Chelsey) of Herrin; his sister Della Mae Colson (Leon) of Carmi; his sister-in-law Ruth Yates of Carmi; and his friend Mary Ann Lewis. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren.
