He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Waller and Tressie Elizabeth Waller (Pedigo); his former wife Helen L. Waller (Russell); his daughter Crystal Ann Waller; and his siblings, Donald Ray Waller, Thomas Samuel Waller, Arthur Lee Waller, Wilma Louise Waller and Hilda Marie Waller.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Waller of Herrin; his stepdaughters, Kendra Foster of Carterville and Tonya Rains of Herrin; his grandchildren, Brystol Rains and Skylar Rains; his sisters, Diane (Larry Campbell) and Verla (Charles Bailey); and his niece Lori Campbell.
