He is survived by: his parents, George Middleton and Mary Middleton (White); his wife Twilla; his children, Christopher and Lacie; and his siblings, Dana, Dennis Klemp, Jennifer, Brett Barkey and Craig Middleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
