She was predeceased by: her mother Wilma Ridgway of Herrin; her stepfather Wallace Ridgway; and her brother Michael Prather. She is survived by: her children, DeAnn Hosmon of Herrin, Jason, Bobbie Hosmon of Clayton, OH, Sarah Hosmon of Herrin, Amanda and Shane Bennett of Marion; her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Mikaela, Dylan, Ethan, Abbey and Dakota; her brother Bobby Prather of Carbondale, IL; her sister-in-law Kathy Prather of Carbondale, IL; her stepmother Bernice Prather of Herrin; and her child Stacy J. Hosmon. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 3816 Payshere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674 or Centerstone Marion, 1307 West Main Street, Marion, IL 62959; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
