He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Gilliatt; his children, Larry Stout (Amy) of Marion, Illinois and Vicki Stout of Vincennes, Indiana; his brother Lowell Stout of Bridgeport, Illinois; his grandchildren, Cullen Stout, Dakota Stout and Melanie Holmes; his great grandchildren, Danielle Russell and Shelby Russell; and his great great grandchild Naomi Russell.
