With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Cedar in Herrin, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John and Hannah Cedar (Shea); and his brother Jack Cedar. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cedar of Marion; his sons, Robert Joseph Cedar of LaPort, IN and Scott Arthur Cedar of Marion; his brother Gus Cedar; and his brother-in-law Richard Walsh. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
