She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara J. Jacobs of Herrin and Kathy L. Oakley of Energy; her son-in-law Robert Clark of Herrin; her grandchildren, Zachary Oakley of Christopher, Ryan Oakley of Pensacola, FL, Melissa Simich (Jason) of Marion, Jodie Evrard (Rodney) of Pittsburg and Shane Clark (Michelle) of Herrin; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Stokes, Brayden Simich and Hannah Clark; and her great great grandchild Maggie Montgomery.
