It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Evelyn Otterson of Herrin, Illinois, born in Johnston City, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Eberhart and Melvina Eberhart (Richard); her husband Clarence Otterson; her daughter Diane Elizabeth Moore; and her brothers, Fred, Louis and Marvin Eberhart.
She is survived by: her former husband George Edward Moore; her children, Tim Moore (Nancy) of Lake, Patricia Joplin (Pastor Rod) of Benton and Terri Moore Little of Lake; her grandchildren, Crysta Herrell (Brian), Aaron Moore (Metiney), Jeremy Joplin, Lindsey Bumbus (Seth) and Kimberly Alexander (Shayne); her great grandchildren, Madison, Gavin, Cooper, Landon, Kohen, Brogan, Jason and Ellisyn; and her great great grandchild Archie Proceded.
