She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Hook and Julia Hines Hook (Hemlock); and her sister Karren Lenz. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Denam of Herrin; her daughters, Jennifer Dawson (Scott) of Herrin, Penny Carter (Charles) of Bardwell and Stacy Wright of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Brandon Dawson, Nathan Dawson (Brittney), Ariel Flowers (Dakota), Kaylee Wallace and Alyxandra Wright; her great grandchildren, Madeline Dawson, Ryan Dawson, Gabrielle Flowers, Brantley Flowers and Emberlynn Flowers; and her sisters, Jacky Brown of Herrin and Helen Todd (Earl) of Herrin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, social distancing is advised and the wearing of masks is required.
