He is survived by: his children, Brian James and Beth Ellen; his spouse Marilyn; his son Brian Swinford; his daughter-in-law Tina of Herrin; his son Bill Swinford; his daughter-in-law Kim; his daughter Beth Smith of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Phillip Riley Swinford (Katie) of Marion, Samuel Brennan Swinford, Ross Adren Swinford and Sophia Grace Swinford; his brothers, James Cleo Swinford (Betty) of Oakland and Aaron Adren Swinford (Rose) of New Minden; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Swinford of Savoy, Kathryn Bondurant (Jim) of Decatur and James Watson Eads (Ginny) of South Carolina; and also Olney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their families and numerous old friends.
