He is survived by: his wife Dora Ann Samuel of Herrin, IL; his children, Libbey Clark (Gavin) of Marion, IL, Kevin Samuel (Letty) of Fenton, MO and Abbey Samuel of Carterville, IL; his grandchildren, Lilly Clark, Caleb Clark, Payton Samuel, Eli Clark, Tyler Walker and Emma Walker; and his great grandchild Sakura Burnette.
