The memory of Delmar L. Frasier of Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on September 25, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert L. Frasier and Gladdis Frasier (Stern); and his sister Norma Jean Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Frasier of Herrin; his son Kerry; his daughter-in-law Vicky Frasier of Herrin; his daughter Monica; his son-in-law Dale Russell of Lick Creek, IL; his grandchildren, Stefani (Thomas Hall) and Trevor (Jasmine Russell); and his great grandchildren, Thomas "Tommy" Hall, Rayana "Ray" Hall and Izabella "Izzy" Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Herrin City Cemetery (1324 E Stotlar St #1320, Herrin, IL 62948).
