He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Funk and Lulu E. Funk (Clair); and his sisters, Lucille Funk Allen and Grace M. McGinnis. He is survived by: his spouse Sharla J. Freeman; his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Dawn Funk of Hazel Green, WI; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Ben Harrison of Carterville, IL; his grandchildren, Madelyn Funk, Mackenzie Funk, Brooke Grosmick (DeBose) and Dillon (Cassidy DeBose); and his great grandchild Henley DeBose. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
