He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Blythe and Vivian Joy Blythe (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Krysten Lukesh; his children, James Lukesh-Blythe, Michael Lukesh, Caleb Blythe, Rebecca Smith, Michelle Holmes, Blake Smith, Jessica Blythe, Jennifer Blythe-Rose and Kathy Blythe; and his siblings, Joy Poole (Robert), Patricia Ellis (Kevin) and Robert Blythe (Roberta). He is also survived by many grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
