Darlene C. Molla Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene C. Molla (Herrin, Illinois), born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Weinzirl and Vera Weinzirl (Sinz); her son David G. Molla; her son-in-law David Moran; and her brother Jack Weinzirl.

She is survived by: her children, Marianne Klein of St. Louis, MO, Ginamarie Moran, John B. Molla of San Diego, CA and Marilyn Kay Knutson (Glen) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Steven R. Fornicola, Jr. of San Antonio, TX, Daniel R. Fornicola (Katherine) of Virginia Beach, VA, Christian David Moran of Gainesville, FL, Shannon M. Molla of Los Angeles, CA and Eva J. Klein of Milan, Italy; her siblings, Betty Ninefeldt of St. Paul, MN and Norbert; and her sister-in-law Leona Weinzirl of Durand, WI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations are suggested and may be made to San Carlo Cemetery Fund c/o Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 316 West Monroe Street, Herrin, Illinois 62948 and will be accepted at the church.
