It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clint Crabtree Sr. (Herrin, Illinois), born in Eldorado, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Crabtree and Florence Crabtree (Brewer); his brother Mike Crabtree; his grandson Robert "Shorty" Dillon; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Cobb, Bob and Donald Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Murl Crabtree of Herrin; his son Clinton Crabtree, Jr. of Herrin Four; his stepsons, Richard Dillon of Herrin, Raymond Dillon of Herrin, Robert Dillon of Johnston City and Danny Dillon of Miami; his grandchildren, Blake Morgan, Megan Dillon, Chance Dillon, Dawson Dillon, Cody Dillon, Corbin Hickey, Kirsten Gursky and Kourtney Gursky; his siblings, Jeff Crabtree of Cambria Three, Rita (Tom Knight), Sue (Lowell Spiller) and Millie Holschultz of Marion Three; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Crabtree of Freeman Spur and Loudean Gee. He is also survived by Three great grandchildren.
