With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Riggs of Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on November 13, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Riggs and Juanita Riggs (Fries); and his brothers, Tom Riggs and David Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Riggs of Herrin; his son Brad; his daughter-in-law Robin Riggs of Herrin; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Fisher Riggs of Herrin; his siblings, Jim Riggs of Carterville, Shane (Brooke Riggs) and Beverly; and his brother-in-law Charlie Ellis of Rogersville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
