She is survived by: her parents, Eddy Murphy and Barbara Murphy (Lockard); her children, Shaina Hollis of West Frankfort and Scott Hoffard of Carbondale; her grandchildren, Adriana Romero of West Frankfort and Bellynna Smith of Herrin; and her sisters, Patsy Murphy-McGee of Marion and Jessica Murphy of Herrin Host.
