He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Tow and Sylvia M. Tow (Townsend); his sister Dorothy; and his brothers-in-law, Lynial Jennings and Bill Leeper.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam; his son-in-law Steve Battaglia of Zeigler, IL; his son Keith Tow (Alma Ticer); his grandchildren, Jamie Tow, Ryan Tow and Bailey (Kyle Griggs); his great grandchildren, Everlee Tow, Sabel Jo Griggs, Ellet Griggs and Raiden Price; his sister Ruby Leeper of Carbondale, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Terry, Terri Hanley of Carterville, IL, Gary and Laura Hanley of Carterville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
