He was predeceased by: his sister Tammy Charles; his stepmother Ada McGill; and his grandmothers, Ruby Beavers and Helen Rothstein. He is survived by: his wife Sharon McGill; his father Van McGill; his stepfather Donalyn Branham; and his siblings, Pamela Stout, Vanessa Taitt, Dana Wallace, Neil Wallace, Billy Taitt, Carl Stout and Travis Branham.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959; envelopes will be available at the church.
