Audrey E. Childers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Audrey E. Childers of Herrin, Illinois, born in Vienna, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 16, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Kincannon (Pickle) and Hewey Kincannon; her siblings, James, Wanda, Venita, Evelyn, Bonnie and Betty; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Childers.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Childers of Carterville and Cindy Marks (Gary) of Marion; her grandchildren, Megan Tate (Andy) of Herrin, Mallory Martin (Andrew) of Carterville and Courtney Marks of Marion; and her great grandchildren, Josie, Cavitt and Camden Martin of Carterville.
Memorial donations may be made to Carterville First Baptist Church, 406 South Division Street, Carterville, IL 62918; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
