She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hays and Beulah Horrell Hays; and her siblings, Horrell, James Taylor, Robert, Tom Hays, Dorothy Douvan, Mary Margaret Willershausen, Phyllis Hays and Ruth Lynn McConnaughey.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Phyllis Payne. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (106 W Oak St, West Frankfort, IL 62896). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
