She is survived by: her parents, Gary W. Miller and Susan C. Miller (VanUytven) of Ramsey, IL; her husband Paul Adams; her son Ron Adams; her siblings, Joshua Miller (Kimberly) of Ramsey, IL, Candida Hayes (William) of Ramsey, IL, RoseAnna McDonald (Sean) of Ramsey, IL and Isaiah Miller (Ashley) of Ramsey, IL; her parents-in-law, Scott and Janet Adams; her sister-in-law Alicia Brookman (Andrew) of Pana, IL; and her grandparents-in-law, Norma Collins, Edwin and Joy Adams. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (2756 US-51, Ramsey, IL 62080). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in Cecelia's honor may be made to an education fund for her son, Ron Adams, that is set up at the Dieterich Bank and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
