She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Vicenik; her grandchild Nicholas Hojnicki; and her great grandchild Rosalee Vicenik. She is survived by: her children, Henry Vicenik (Barbara), Thomas Vicenik (Mary) and Deborah Hojnicki (James); her grandchildren, Henry Vicenik (Jenny), Rachel Irwin (Bill), Jonathan Vicenik, Danielle Hojnicki and Thomas Hojnicki; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Hugh, Corrine, Carsynn Vicenik and Marshall Irwin.
A memorial donation in memory of Vlasta can be made to St. Francis Xavier Church in La Grange.
