He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hughes and Carolyn Ogle Hughes; and his stepfather Duane Hall. He is survived by: his sister Debra Hall (Daryl Fager) of East Peoria, IL; his nephew Dylan Hittle; his niece Carilyn Fager of East Peoria; and his uncles, Kevin Newcomb of LaRose, IL and Jerry Newcomb.
