He is survived by: his wife Candice Stout; his children, Melody Tonarelli (Roger) of Henry, Jackie Martin of Henry and Jeff Martin of Schaumburg, IL.; his brother Gerald Martin of Magnolia, IL.; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Martin and Sue Martin.
Memorials may be given to Gateway, Henry site, or Henry United Methodist Church.
