He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Link and Martha Link (Eisert); and his sister Dorothy Moore. He is survived by: his wife Linda Shearer; his children, Brenda Mounts (Michael) of Seabrook, Rhonda Ullrich (Andy) of Spring Bay, Glenda Link (Justin Miller) of Chillicothe, Paula Stoeger (Frank) of Lacon, Darla Jones (Scott) of Henry and Khanh Dinh (Maria) of East Peoria; his brothers, Donald (Carol) of Ottawa and Ronald Link (Melissa) of Ottawa; his sister-in-law Marge Link of South Dakota; his son Richard D. Link; and his brothers, William and Phillip Link. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
