She was predeceased by: her brother James Harold Chism. She is survived by: her father James E. Chism of Malden; her children, Rachel Loney (Michael Blanford) of LaSalle, One and Ronnie Lee (Jayde) of Malden; her grandchildren, Destiny, Gavin, Orianna, Noah, Sophie, Aubry, Nikolai, Brooklyn and Dominic; her mother Lucy Jennings (Jim) of Princeton; and her siblings, Ronda Hollars (Tim) of Princeton, Rita Sutherland of Henry, Tina Jeffery of Princeton, James Jennings Jr. of Princeton, Matthew Chism of Mendota, Mark Chism of Mendota, David Chism of Judsonia, AR and Adam Chism of Judsonia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
