She is survived by: her spouse Shawn Patrick Carr; her children, Taylor Rae Forhan (Ian) of Jacksonville, FL and Nicholas Gage Carr of Peoria; her grandchildren, Paisley Rae Forhan of Jacksonville, FL, Jameson Patrick Carr of Peoria and Avery Jane Carr of Peoria; her siblings, Chet Nickells (Joette) of Jensen Beach, FL, Erin McCauley of Princeton, Don Nickells of Concord, CA, Debbie Drummond, Vicki Sanden (Toby) of Manlius, Chris Nickells of Princeton, Shane Carr (Cindy) of Henry, Misty Kelly (Neil) of Mathews and Larry Carr (Kathy) of Magnolia; her nieces and nephews, Jason McCauley, Blake, Bryanna, Brittney, Dakota Nickells, Cora Margis, Kyle Stokuis, Nathan Nickells, Chad, Ashley Reuter, Adam, Kimberly Sanden, Taylor, Christian Carr, Tara Probyn, Holdyn Carr, Dalton, Logan Kelly, Taryn Steele, Samantha Anske, Ian Steele and Stanton Lewis; her parents, Helen Nickells Cutter and Norman Nickells; her stepfather Ed Cutter; her mother-in-law Sue Ellen Carr; and her brother Daniel Nickells. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends, Harley rides, going to the Lake of the Ozarks, NASCAR, demo derbies, music and her dog.
