With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith C. Watkins of Henry, Illinois, born in Buda, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Olson and Edythe Olson (Grubb); her siblings, William Olson, Barbara Simpson and Margaret Matson; and her son Dennis Watkins.

She is survived by: her husband Vernon "Gene" Watkins; her children, Deborah Shelton of Lacon, Sheila Scherder (Greg) of Troy Missouri and Scot Watkins of Magnolia Illinois; her daughter-in-law Michele Watkins of Bloomington Illinois; her grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica, Samantha, Brandee, Ethan, Hannah, Maggie and Dylen; and her great grandchildren, Weston, Rowan, Emmersyn, Avalynn, Quinn, Ayla and Willow.
