He is survived by: his sister Janice Jarvis (Jim) of Nashville; his nieces, Janith Wav Garman (Mike), Nina Kimberle Jarvis and Sophia Garman; his stepchildren, Russ Miller, Walt Miller, Bill Miller and Ann Miller; and his grandchildren, Cammie Hoffman, Lauren Johnson, Eddie "Squeaky", Kim Moss and Elaine Crocker.
