He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malcolm Sr. and Betty Jane Conour; and his son John Ernest Malcolm III. He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Werrline (Bill), Crissy Wallace (Chaka) and Lisa Johnson (Doug); his grandchildren, Chelsey (Grant), Luke, Mason and Maya; his former wife Cheryl Little; his brother Carl Malcolm (Robbie); his niece Tresha; and his nephew CJ.
Memorials may be given to Henry Senior Nutrition Site or to the American Cancer Society.
