He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard P. McQuilkin "Mac" and Mil McQuilkin (Root); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Kirk (Bob) and Jim McQuilkin (Bonnie); his sons, Lee McQuilkin, Jon McQuilkin (Kami), Scot McQuilkin (Lori), Kevin McQuilkin (Tami) and Dale McQuilkin; his grandchildren, Cory, Caylee, Collin, Nina, Raysha, Tanner, Molly, Amanda and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Jake, Jaxon, Azalea, Hunter, Grantley and Adam.
