He was predeceased by: his parents, John Steele and Minnie Pearl Whitmere Steele; and his son Randall Longman. He is survived by: his spouse Sheilah Hurt; and his children, Joanie Barnes (Kerry), Larry Steele (Joene), Debra Glisan (Jeff), Steven Steele (Deb) and Lisa Longman (Glenn). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
