It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward J. Mathis of Henry, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mathis and Amy Mathis (Johnson); his wife Frances Myers; and his daughter Barbara Benvenuti. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mathis (Robin) of Normal and Allan Mathis (Carol) of Henry. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
