He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon "Jake" and Laura Chamberlain (Miller); and his brothers, Jeffrey Chamberlain and Jerry "Bear" Chamberlain. He is survived by: his spouse Kathlene Carlson; his children, Brent Livek (Rachel) of Portland, Amy Livek of Peoria and LJ Chamberlain (Angela) of Mendota, Illinois; and his siblings, Sally Arnett (Mike) of Princeton, Beth Chamberlain of Manitowish Waters and Jim Chamberlain (Carolyn) of East Peoria, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
