She is survived by: her husband Bill Shafer of Hennepin; her children, David Shafer (Nona), Sara Daniel (David) and Mary Snapp (Bill); her brother Richard Kastl (Sally); and her grandchildren, Alex, Natalie, Valerie Daniel, Hannah, Elisabeth Shafer, Ben and Jocelyn Snapp.
